31 Reported Dead in Israeli Strikes on Lebanon Following Hezbollah Assault, Health Ministry Confirms

Israeli Strikes on Lebanon Kill 31 After Hezbollah Attack, Hundreds Injured

Beirut, Mar 2: Israeli airstrikes targeting Lebanon in response to a Hezbollah attack have claimed the lives of at least 31 people, the Lebanese Health Ministry confirmed on Monday. The strikes also injured 149 individuals, with the majority of casualties reported in southern Lebanon.

The escalation comes amid the widening Middle East conflict following U.S. and Israeli airstrikes on Iran. The Israeli retaliation against Hezbollah marks a significant intensification of hostilities in the region.

Meanwhile, Kuwait remains on high alert as attacks continue. The U.S. issued an urgent advisory for its citizens, urging them to stay indoors and avoid the embassy for safety reasons.
