on Tuesday, at 3:30 in the morning, Deputy Commissioner of Police Jain along with the team of Sahar Police Station raided the Dragon Fly Club
Mumbai, 22 December: Mumbai Police raided Dragon Fly Club near Mumbai Airport and arrested 34 people including cricketer Suresh Raina. All of them were later released on bail at the Sahar police station after completing the legal process. These include Suresh Raina, singer Guru Randhawa, film actor’s ex-wife Sugan, 27 high profile celebrities, and 7 hotel workers.
After the unlock starts in Mumbai, hotels, and pubs, nightclubs have been allowed to be started till 11 pm but nightclubs in Mumbai are running overnight. For this reason, on Tuesday, at 3:30 in the morning, Deputy Commissioner of Police Jain along with the team of Sahar Police Station raided the Dragon Fly Club. Not everyone in the club was using masks and following social distance. Many celebrities escaped the club as the police raided. The police are tracing all and issuing notices to them. Cases have been registered under section 188 and the Corona Epidemic Act. Sahar Police Station has also issued notice to the owner of Dragon Fly Club and is about to interrogate them.  (H.C.).
