JAMMU, Dec 5: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved a one-year extension of the central deputation of 2009-batch IAS officer Raghav Langer, currently serving as Secretary of the National Medical Commission (NMC).
According to the official order, Langer’s tenure has been extended beyond October 3, 2025, or until further instructions, whichever comes first. The extension comes following the Health and Family Welfare Ministry’s proposal, ensuring continuity in leadership at the NMC during its ongoing initiatives and reforms.
