Allu Arjun Encouraged by Telangana CM to Take Hollywood Leap

CM Reddy praises actor’s talent, encourages international recognition for Telugu films

Hyderabad: Celebrated Allu Arjun, known for his versatile performances in Telugu cinema, was encouraged by Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to explore opportunities in Hollywood. The remark came during the inauguration of Allu Cinemas in Hyderabad, where Reddy lauded the actor’s contribution to Tollywood and emphasized the potential for Telugu cinema on a global stage.

“Allu Arjun should not only excel in pan India films but also make a significant mark in Hollywood. Our talent deserves international recognition,” Reddy said, highlighting the Allu family’s role in strengthening the Telugu film industry. He noted that Telugu films are increasingly breaking language barriers, with talent taking precedence, and encouraged the industry to aim for global competitiveness rather than just comparing itself to Bollywood.

Allu Arjun has built a stellar reputation through films ranging from high-energy entertainers to dramatic roles. His blockbuster film Pushpa, along with its sequel, has cemented his status as a pan-India star and national icon.

In addition to attending the inauguration, CM Reddy recently participated in the wedding reception of Allu Sirish, mingling with Allu Arjun and other prominent figures in Hyderabad.

Looking ahead, Allu Arjun is set to star in the pan-India action film directed by Atlee, currently titled AA22xA6, featuring Deepika Padukone. Following this project, he will collaborate with director Lokesh Kanagaraj and also work on Pushpa 3: The Rampage, further strengthening his pan-India and potential international presence.
