New Delhi, 25 October (HC). Indian Army’s top leadership conference of 4-day commanders from October 26 China and Pakistan borders troop movements and the ground will review the operational readiness status. The top commanders of the army will make a comprehensive assessment of India’s war preparedness along the Line of Actual Control with China at the conference as well as other sensitive areas. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will address the Army Commanders’ Conference on 27 October. The conference will conclude with a speech by Indian Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Narwane.
The ground situation on China-Pakistan borders will be reviewed
Apart from this, military reform will be the main agenda of the conference.
This conference of army commanders in Delhi will be held from 26 to 29 October. It will include senior Army officers, all army commanders including the Vice President of the Army, the Chief Staff Officer (PSO) of the Army Headquarters, and other senior officers. The main agenda of the conference is to review the Army’s deployment and operational readiness of the ground situation along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China and the Jammu and Kashmir Line of Control (LoC) with Pakistan. On the second day, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will address the Army Commanders’ Conference on 27 October. The conference will be addressed by the Chief of the Military Forces (CDS) Bipin Rawat and the heads of the three armies before the Defense Minister.
On the third day of the conference, various agenda points presented by various army commanders will be intensively discussed. After this, brief information on various issues will be given by various Chief Staff Officers. On the last day of the conference, the information will be given about various infrastructure development projects being carried out by BRO, Director General of Border Roads (DGBR). The top commanders of the army will make a comprehensive assessment of India’s war preparedness along the Line of Actual Control with China at the conference as well as other sensitive areas.
