Jammu, 29-06-2024: The Election of BBIA for the term 2024-26 was held on 29-06-2024 at BBIA Bhawan under the supervision of Election Commissioners Sh. Ajay Bansal, Sh. Yogesh Badyal & Sh. Yogesh Aggarwal. The total votes casted in the Election were 218 out of 224 votes.
Sh. Lalit Mahajan is Elected Unopposed as President of BBIA & Sh. Viraaj Malhotra is elected Unopposed as General Secretary of BBIA.
Sh. Tarun Singla elected as Sr. Vice President scored 137 votes by defeating Sh. Nitin Sood scored 79 votes, and 2 votes are invalid, Sh Ajay Langer was elected as Vice President and score 139 votes by defeating Sh. P. L. Raina who scored 76 votes, 3 votes are invalid, Sh. Rajesh Jain was elected as Secretary and scored 119 votes by defeating Sh. Shiv Kumar Sharma who scored 98 votes, 1 vote is invalid, Sh. Rishi Kant Gupta was elected as Treasurer and scored 115 votes by defeating Sh. Vivek Singhal who scored 100 votes, 3 votes are invalid.
