Jammu, June 12: Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the government for its successes in eight years of rule, today under the leadership of Jammu District President Vinay Gupta BJP Jammu District held “Garib Kalyan Sammelan” Public Rally at Kings Villa near marble market, which commences with enlightened the traditional lamp in the esteem presence of Senior BJP leaders namely Ashok Koul Org. General Secretary, former Dy CM Kavinder Gupta, Vice President J&K Yudhvir Sethi, Sr.Varinderjit Singh, Deputy Mayor Purnima Sharma, Former MLA and Coordinator of Seva Sushasan Garib Kalyan Rajeev Sharma, Former MLC Vikram Randhawa, including State office bearers, JMC Chairman, Councillors, Sarpanches, Panches, District office bearers, Mandal Presidents, Morcha Presidents along with workers, Shakti Kendra parmukh and others were also attended the “Garib Kalyan Sammelan” wherein senior leaders will share their thoughts, experiences and speak on the ideology of the world`s largest political party on the role of BJP in the current scenario.
Ashok Koul addresses the sammelan and said, PM Modi also released the 11th installment of financial benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme. He said, as per PMO, the scheme will transfer around Rs. 21,000 crore to more than 10 crore beneficiary farmer families he added. He also discusses, in length various projects related to the welfare of all sections of society.
Kavinder Gupta asserts that the last eight years have been about fulfilling people’s aspirations, Modi Sarkaar is committed to fulfilling its pursuit of service, good governance and welfare of the poor. While addressing the Garib Kalyan sammelan here in Jammu to mark eight years of the Modi government, Kavinder said: “Seva, sushasan aur Garib Kalyan” (service, good governance and welfare of the poor) are the heartbeat of the Modi government. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not only taken the country out of crises and challenges, but he has been set new benchmarks of good governance and transparency.
Vinay said in his address Modi has carved out a new identity for India at the global level. He stressed the need to work for the bright future of the coming generations, for a brighter India. “An India whose identity is not deprivation but modernity. Vinay encouraged the general public that eight years of the Modi Government have been devoted to Seva, Garib Kalyan and Sushasan (service, good governance, welfare of the poor), Vinay emphasized that Garib Kalyan Sammelan conceptualises elected public
representatives across the Jammu district directly interacting with the public to get feedback about the various welfare programmes being run by the government.
Vinay highlighted that It is a matter of great regret that the party which ruled the country for 55 years kept watching it as a mute spectator and made no effort to change this situation. PM Modi got Jan Dhan accounts opened as soon as he took office, he added.
Today Jan Dhan accounts have become the basis of transparency and good governance. The amount of money our government sends to the people, that much money is reaching the beneficiary’s account. The era of brokers and middlemen is over and the full benefit of the schemes are reaching the people, Gupta added. Vinay further said, Not only did the Prime Minister get this vaccine free of cost to the people of the country, but while fulfilling Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam, India supplied vaccines to many countries including countries like UAE and Bangladesh.
