Srinagar, Oct 23: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Ranbir Singh Pathania on Thursday expressed confidence ahead of the Rajya Sabha elections scheduled for Friday, asserting that the party is fully prepared and determined for a positive result.
Addressing media after a meeting of BJP legislators, Pathania said, “We are hopeful of winning one seat and will fight strongly for the remaining two.” He stressed that all party members will strictly follow the party line during voting.
“We will not engage in horse trading or offer unconscious support; our votes will reflect conscious and willing adherence to BJP’s principles,” Pathania added, reaffirming the party’s commitment to its ideology and nationalist values.
The MLA’s statement underscores BJP’s focus on discipline and unity within its legislative ranks as the Rajya Sabha elections approach.
