Jammu: During Operation Sindoor, the BJP leaders who are making political gains out of the valour and bravery of the army are constantly insulting the Indian soldiers. The indecent remarks on Colonel Sofia, the arrangement of dilapidated trains for the travel of Indian soldiers after calling the army submissive, have exposed the real face of the BJP., stated by Manish Sahni, President, Shiv Sena (UBT) Jammu-Kashmir unit.
While social conversation with media persons at the party’s state central office, Sahni strongly condemned the provision of dilapidated train with broken windows, dirty toilets and torn seats for the travel of BSF soldiers going on Amarnath Yatra duty and demanded the resignation of the Railway Minister.
Sahni said that such negligence towards security forces should not be tolerated at all. BJP has not learned any lesson from the incident that happened in Pulwama in the past. During the Pulwama incident in February 2019, former Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satyapal Malik had raised questions on sending security forces by road. During Operation Sindoor, the BJP Deputy Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh had insulted the army by saying that the army bowed down at the feet of the Prime Minister and a few days before this, BJP minister Vijay Shah had made an indecent comment on a female army officer. Sahni said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is constantly advising his leaders and ministers to make comments after thinking carefully, but perhaps insulting the army again and again has become a habit of BJP leaders.On this occasion Sr vice president Sanjeev Kohli, President Kanghar Raj Singh , Rohan Malwal and Ajay were present.
