RS Pura 10 January: On Wednesday, a meeting was organized by Bahujan Samaj Party in village Chakrohi of Suchetgarh assembly constituency in which the birth anniversary of Bahujan Samaj Party’s National President Behan Kumari Mayawati, to be celebrated on January 15, was discussed. This meeting was organized under the chairmanship of Suchetgarh Assembly Coordinator Bishan Das Bhagat. President J&K Darshan Rana was present as the chief guest.
Apart from this, Assembly President Raj Kumar, Secretary Ratan Lal Toga, Assembly Deputy President Raj Kumar, and other senior party leaders and workers were also present. Earlier, upon reaching the area, BSP State President Darshan Rana was warmly welcomed by the party workers. This was his first visit to the assembly constituency after becoming the state president of the Bahujan Samaj Party! Addressing the party workers on this occasion, Jammu and Kashmir President of Bahujan Samaj Party, Darshan Rana said that on behalf of Bahujan Samaj Party, BSP National President Mayawati’s birthday will be celebrated on January 15 as Jan Kalyan Diwas at Ambedkar Bhawan, Bari Brahmana will be celebrated. He said that Bahujan Samaj Party’s Jammu Kashmir Coordinator and former MP Rajaram and Avtar Singh Karimpuri will be the chief guest in this program. Apart from this, hundreds of party workers will also participate in this program and celebrate the birthday of the National President. He appealed to the party workers to serve the needy people of society on this day. While addressing the meeting, he also discussed with the party workers about the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections and said that Bahujan Samaj Party will contest the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections on all the seats of the Jammu division. He said that to strengthen the party, a public relations campaign is also being run by the State Bahujan Samaj Party, under which apart from connecting more and more people with the party, people are also being made aware of the policies of the party.
During the meeting, Janak Raj Harbans Lal Bhagat, Ambedkar Sarmal, Paras Ram, Labh Chand Bittu Ram, Satpal, and women’s unit head Mahindro Devi and other workers were also present.
