Finance Minister Sitharaman and State Minister Pankaj Chaudhary attended the event and reviewed final arrangements.

All Budget documents, including the Annual Financial Statement, Demand for Grants, and the Finance Bill, will be released in digital format immediately after the speech.

These will be accessible through:

Union Budget Mobile App (English and Hindi) on Android and iOS

The Finance Ministry confirmed that MPs and the general public can download and view the documents digitally after the completion of the Budget speech.

Market Focus Ahead of Budget
Investors are closely watching for details on fiscal deficit outcomes, debt metrics, and government borrowing plans. The Economic Survey 2025–26 projected GDP growth of 6.8–7.2% for FY27, slightly lower than this year’s 7.4%, while highlighting geopolitical risks and global uncertainties. Bond supply and maturity management are also expected to draw significant attention.
