The first post from the handle, “@CM_JnK,” expressed excitement about this development. “Official announcement. We are delighted to share that the office of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir is now officially on X!” the post read.
The Chief Minister’s office encouraged citizens to follow the handle for real-time updates and meaningful engagement. “Stay connected for updates on key initiatives, policies, and developments shaping our Jammu and Kashmir region,” the statement added.
Known for his active online presence, the Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, is recognized as a tech-savvy leader who engages extensively on social media platforms. His personal account on X boasts over 30 lakh followers, reflecting his significant influence in the digital space.
