Confederation honoured Ram Lal (Retired ZEO) for his continued participation in social work and justice movements

Chenani: 02.04.2026: All India Confederation of SC, ST, OBC, and Minorities Organisations participated in the retirement ceremony of Shri Ram Lal, a Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) of the Education Department. Ram Lal has retired from the Chennai Education Zone after 39 years of tireless service, dedication, and patriotism. During this ceremony, the Confederation honored the retiring ZEO by presenting him with a memento of Bharat Ratna Dr Ambedkar Saheb and a shawl of a token of love for his services.  Furthermore, he was thanked for his meaningful and dedicated service to the nation, as well as for his contributions to society in alignment with the ideology of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

The retirement ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including the Confederation’s State President R.K. Kalsotra, retired CEO Dina Nath, retired Principal Shri Suraj Prakash, retired ZEO Des Raj and Shri Arun Baba. While offering their blessings to the retiring officer, they expressed the hope that he would continue to work in tandem with the social justice movement and focus his efforts on the socio-economic upliftment of society. Throughout his entire tenure of service, Ram Lal remained a strong pillar of the Confederation; and it is now hoped that, even in his post-retirement life, he will continue to inspire society towards the ideals of Ambedkar’s ideology.
