Congress concerned over hike in LPG and transport fare ,more price expected

Jammu, May 2 – Congress has expressed great concern over high price hike, especially on commercial LPG & blamed the Modi government’s handling of the crisis, despite warnings by Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi.
Reacting to highest ever increase in Commercial LPG  in a couple of months, when both commercial and domestic LPG rates were hiked despite false claims in the recent past by BJP government of  sufficient energy measures in place.
More hike in rates of domestic gas, petrol, and diesel are expected in the days to come after elections are over as per past experience of the Modi government, JKPCC Chief Spokesperson Mr Ravinder Sharma has expressed great concern over the plight of poor and common population, already reeling under high price escalation.
He said that Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi had already cautioned about the possible high price hike of all essential commodities, especially fuel and gas ,to be anniversary after the elections are over ,to avoid  the impact of hike over ruling party prospects.
He said that the Modi government failed to take necessary measures to store enough fuel, gas, etc., besides succumbing to US pressures over the option of purchasing cheap fuel from Russia, etc. The common citizens of our Nation are bearing the brunt of the surrender of national interests under Trump pressures by Modi government.
He also regretted the hike in transport fare in J&K under the present circumstances, which has burdened the common people.
