Srinagar April 4, 2023. As part of Nationwide Jai Bharat Satyagraha, Congress today organized Satyagraha in Srinagar in which Senior party leaders expressed solidarity with Rahul Gandhi and vowed to support his uncompromising fight against the loot of National wealth by Modi Adani nexus.
Senior Congress Leader Mohd Anwar Bhat led the Satyagraha against the erroneous conviction and subsequent disqualification of Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi from Lok Sabha.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohd Anwar Bhat said it is the right time for the opposition to unite to defeat BJPs’ plans to destroy the democratic system in the country and overcome Institutions. The democratic setup in the country is being destroyed by the BJP for power.
Rahul Gandhi’s conviction and disqualification from Lok Sabha should work as an alert call for others as they could also face the same treatment for speaking the truth. He strongly condemned the BJP’s move to strangulate the genuine voice being raised against the naked loot of Nations wealth by Modi Adani nexus.
Congress Party shall continue to raise its voice against BJP’s policies and diversionary tactics aiming to hide behind falsehood Bhat added and said the conviction and subsequent disqualification of Rahul Gandhi won’t deter him (RG) from speaking the truth.
