25-11-2020: J&K State administration today issued Order No: 1070-JK (GAD) of 2020 dated: 25.11.2020 and formed a Committee, for examining the legal regime governing issuance/renewal of various NOCs and licenses for establishing/operating stone crushers in the UT of J&K to look into various aspects of licensing of Stone Crusher Unitholders operating prior to issuance of SRO 302 of 2017 along with those operating under the notification of 2017 Rules and to work out the possibility of instituting a Single Window System for issuance of NOCs/licenses for stone crushers falling within the purview of the SRO-302 of 2017 under Ease of Doing Business (EoDB). Further, to work out the possibility of incorporating the issuance of NOCs for licensing in the list of services under the J&K Public Services Guarantee Act, 2011 and the Rules made thereunder.
