RAMBAN, MAY 20: Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam today discussed development issues of Ramban town with the President Municipal Council, Sunita Devi.
While congratulating the newly elected MC, President, the DC apprised her about various developmental activities going on in the Ramban town. He discussed the construction of a solid waste management plant and progress on the PMAY Urban scheme.
The DC also apprised her that a comprehensive plan for the construction of a new Multi-Story Bus Stand at Ramban is under process.
The President MC said that the cleanliness and sanitation of the town need to be given first priority. She said that MC will continue to work for the development of the town by taking people-friendly initiatives all along.
The DC assured full cooperation from the district administration in the implementation of development schemes and projects for the convenience of the general public of Ramban.
