DODA, NOVEMBER 14: District Development Council Chairman Doda, Dhananter Singh Kotwal has expressed extreme grief and sorrow over loss of precious lives in road mishap which occurred this morning near Assar, Doda.
Rafiq Sheikh Executive Engineer- PWD R&B Doda; Kamal Kishore- Assistant Executive Engineer PWD and Mohammad Hafeez (Driver) PWD died in the accident.
He expressed deep condolences on behalf of District Development Council Doda over the tragic loss of lives. He also prayed to the almighty God for speedy recovery of Suresh Kumar (Superintending Engineer) PWD R&B Doda, who was critically injured and admitted at CHC Assar”.
