New Delhi, July 01 : The Delhi Cabinet has approved the Delhi EV Policy 2026, introducing a fresh roadmap to boost electric mobility and reduce vehicular pollution in the capital. The policy aims to increase electric vehicle adoption through incentives, expand public charging infrastructure, encourage cleaner public transport, and support the transition towards sustainable urban mobility. Officials said the policy forms a key part of Delhi’s strategy to improve air quality while promoting green transportation and clean energy solutions.
