DODA, NOVEMBER 13: Director Agriculture Production & Farmer Welfare Jammu, Inder Jeet conducted a three-day visit to Doda and Kishtwar districts to review the working of the department.
He interacted with the field staff and farmers to take ground assessment of the activities undertaken by the department. The Director chaired a review meeting at Doda and impressed upon the officers and field functionaries to create mass awareness regarding various ongoing farmers’ welfare schemes and recent Farm Bills promulgated by the Government.
A similar review meeting was held by the Director at Kishtwar to take stock of the progress of the ongoing farmers’ welfare schemes and programmes.
Saffron Development officer Kishtwar, Amjad Hussain Malik, SDAO Paddar, SDAO Marwah, and other officers and field functionaries were present on the occasion.
