Mumbai, Dec 29 : The suspense isn’t just on screen real life drama is swirling around Drishyam 3. After wrapping its Mumbai schedule, the makers are all set to move to Goa for a major shooting phase starting January 8, which is expected to run until the end of February. This leg marks one of the film’s most significant outdoor shoots, featuring the main cast including Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, and Rajat Kapoor.
Adding new intrigue to the sequel, Jaideep Ahlawat has joined the cast, though details of his character remain under wraps, generating excitement among fans.
The film has also been in the news due to Akshaye Khanna’s exit. Reports suggest the actor stepped away citing creative differences and disagreements over his fee, with figures like ₹21 crore being discussed. Disputes over his character’s look and continuity, including the possible use of a wig, further complicated matters. Neither Khanna nor the makers have officially commented, leaving fans speculating.
