According to the information, the Delhi team of the Enforcement Directorate has started raiding the home and office of Shiv Sena Pratap Sarnaik and his two sons at 8 am on Tuesday. The ED team is conducting raids in other companies and offices of the Sarnaik family. Raids are also going on at the construction company of Pursh and Vihang and their offices. It is being told that the ED is conducting raids in the money laundering case, but the ED has not yet disclosed.
Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat said that the Bharatiya Janata Party is misusing the central institutions under the politics of pressure on the leaders associated with the Mahavikas Aghadi government. But this will not affect the state government.
Shiv Sena spokesperson Sanjay Raut said that Pratap Sarnaik is our MLA. If anyone wants to put pressure and form a government in the state, it is just their illusion. The BJP conspiracy will not succeed. We are not going to kneel, we are going to fight. None of our MLAs is going to break.
Bharatiya Janata Party state vice-president Kirit Somaiya said that Pratap Sarnaik is a partner of the builder. The ED must have found any evidence, taking action accordingly. The ED does not take such action without evidence. This action should not be viewed from the political prism.(HS)
