Folk Cultural show held at Kupwara on ID Eve

'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav'

KUPWARA, AUGUST 15: On the eve of the Independence Day celebration 2021, a variety of cultural and folk programme was conducted in the evening at Boys Higher Secondary School Kupwara today.

The programme was organized by the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages Srinagar under Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav.

It is for the first time that such a programme is held in the evening in Kupwara district by local artists and people got mesmerised with the experience of watching the folk programme.

The programme was witnessed by Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Imam Din; ASP, Raja Zuhaib; Principal, BHSS, Mehraj u din, Town Commander Kupwara, CDPOs of Kralpora and Kalaroose; Nodal Officer, G. M Dar, besides, officers, employees and a large number of people.

On the occasion, people expressed gratitude towards the Cultural Academy for conducting such programme.
