JAMMU, Sep 13: Four Indian Police Service (IPS) officers with roots or postings in Jammu & Kashmir are currently holding significant positions in Mizoram, strengthening administration and law enforcement in the northeastern state.
The officers include Altaf Khan, Dwarka Gaadhi, and Arun Balgotra, who hail from J&K, and Shivam Siddharth, who was earlier posted in the Union Territory. Their appointments underscore the integration of experienced officers from diverse regions into Mizoram’s policing framework, enhancing governance and security operations in the state.
