JAMMU, May 28: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has released the June 2026 duty roster for Ministers and senior Administrative Secretaries who will remain stationed at the Civil Secretariat in Jammu to oversee official work and public administration.
According to an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport, Science & Technology, Youth Services & Sports and ARI & Trainings, Satish Sharma, will attend duties at the Civil Secretariat from June 1 to June 5.
Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana, has been assigned duty from June 8 to June 12. Thereafter, Minister for Health & Medical Education, School Education, Higher Education and Social Welfare, Sakeena Masood Itoo, will remain available at the Secretariat from June 15 to June 29.
Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary will stay stationed at the Jammu Secretariat from June 22 to June 30.
In a separate order, the GAD also announced the roster for senior Administrative Secretaries.
Anil Kumar Singh, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Public Works (R&B), along with Prasanna Ramaswamy G, Commissioner/Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, will remain available from June 1 to June 5.
From June 8 to June 12, Principal Secretary Home, Chandraker Bharti, and Commissioner/Secretary, Science and Technology Department, Babila Rakwal, will supervise official work at the Secretariat.
Commissioner/Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Saurabh Bhagat, and Commissioner/Secretary, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department, Zubair Ahmad, have been rostered from June 15 to June 19.
For the final week, from June 22 to June 26, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department, M Raju, and Secretary, Transport Department, Avny Lavasa, will remain available at the Civil Secretariat Jammu.
