KISHTWAR, APRIL 08: District Development Commissioner, Kishtwar Ashok Kumar Sharma today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the implementation of 100 point programme (indicators) rolled out by J&K Government under Gram Swaraj Abhiyan.
The meeting was attended by ADDC, Sham Lal; ADC, Kishori Lal Sharma, GM DIC Khalid Hussain Malik; ACD Atul Dutt Sharma; DPO Sunil Bhutyal; DSWO Tariq Parveaz Qazi; ALC Amit Kumar; DYSSO, Kharati Lal Sharma; CHO Mushtaq Ahmed Wani; CAHO Dr. Sanjay Sen besides other district officers and representatives of CSC .
The meeting held threadbare discussion on the progress made in the implementation of Gram Swaraj Abhiyan in district was held.
The District Development Commissioner was also informed that of 136 panchayats, panchayat secretariat have been established in 74 Panchayats so far and the process is on in the left out panchayats.
The District Development Commissioner stressed to expedite the process of identification of the Panchayat Ghars or other designated Government buildings for establishment of Panchayat secretariats in a time bound manner.
The concerned officers were asked to conduct awareness activities to cover maximum people under the welfare schemes being implemented by their respective departments on mission mode basis during the GSA.
Devising of a monitoring mechanism for quantifying the number of beneficiaries on daily basis and sharing of the data with DC office was also stressed upon.
The DC stressed on maintaining close coordination and synergy among line departments for grand success of the Abhiyan.
He also directed the officers/Panchayat Mentors to conduct regular visits to ensure that awareness camps for the implementation of 100 point programme is conducted in hassle free manner.
The CEO and CSCs were directed to work in tandem to mobilise the Aadhar generation machines at the designated places for saturation of the left out beneficiaries.
He said that the objective of this Abhiyan is to saturate the people at the panchayat level about 100 point Programme” rolled out by J&K govt.
He also directed departments including Health, Education, RDD, FCS&CA, Agriculture and allied sectors to ensure door to door outreach of schemes to achieve cent-percent coverage in each Panchayat
