New Delhi, Jan 29: The Haj Committee of India (HCoI) has launched an online self-booking facility for Haj-2026 pilgrims, aiming to enhance transparency, convenience, and operational efficiency.
Pilgrims can now book their flights directly through the pilgrim login on the HCoI website or the Haj Suvidha App. The optional self-booking window will remain open for four days starting January 29, 2026. Those who do not avail the facility within this period will have flights allocated by the Haj Committee without consideration of personal preferences regarding travel date or flight.
The facility allows pilgrims to select flights based on availability, but once booked, changes will not be permitted. Offline requests for flight changes via letters or emails will not be entertained. The Haj Committee also reserves the right to modify schedules or cancel journeys due to operational or administrative requirements.
Certain categories, including Johfa, LWM, Rubath pilgrims, and those from select smaller States and Union Territories where travel is arranged by State Haj Committees, are not eligible for self booking. Their flights will be assigned directly by HCoI.
State Haj Committees have been instructed to widely publicize the initiative and assist pilgrims in smooth implementation. Pilgrims are also encouraged to join the official Haj Committee WhatsApp channel to receive timely updates and announcements.
