Srinagar, October 5 : Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday honoured SSP Srinagar Rakesh Balwal with prestigious ‘Excellence in Investigation’ award at a ceremony held in New Delhi.
Balwal, an IPS of 2012 batch officer of Manipur cadre, hails from Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir.
