The incident targeted a facility linked to electricity generation and water desalination, causing structural damage to a service unit within the complex.
Authorities described the incident as a severe act of aggression, though details regarding the exact location of the plant have not been publicly disclosed. A spokesperson from Kuwait’s energy ministry confirmed that the victim was employed at the site at the time of the attack.
