PULWAMA, AUGUST 17: Assistant Regional Transport Officer, Pulwama today issued a public notice wherein he asked all the vehicle owners including commercial and passenger vehicle owners whose vehicle is covered with route permit that they shall install GPS of approved type in their vehicles before approaching for renewal of their fitness certificates.
