JAMMU, May 4: Jammu and Kashmir Police have launched a large-scale anti-drug awareness campaign in colleges and educational institutions aimed at educating students about the dangers of substance abuse.
Officials said interactive sessions, seminars, and counseling programs are being organised in different districts as part of efforts to curb drug addiction among youth.
Police officers and healthcare experts are participating in the campaign to spread awareness about the social and health-related consequences of narcotics abuse.
Authorities also encouraged students to participate in community outreach initiatives and support efforts to create a drug-free society across the Union Territory.
