JAMMU, Apr 21: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Tuesday announced the Class 10 Annual Regular Examination results for the March–April 2026 session in the Jammu Division, recording an impressive overall pass percentage of 88.85 percent.
According to official figures, a total of 50,754 students appeared for the examination, out of which 45,094 candidates successfully cleared the tests. The results underline a significant level of academic achievement among students in the region.
Female students once again demonstrated stronger performance, securing a pass percentage of 90.42 percent. In comparison, male students recorded a pass rate of 87.51 percent. This consistent trend highlights the growing academic excellence among girls in the division.
Education authorities attributed the encouraging outcome to sustained efforts by students, teachers, and institutions. They noted that improved teaching methodologies, better access to learning resources, and increased focus on student development have contributed to the overall success.
Officials further emphasized that the results reflect a positive shift in the educational landscape of the Jammu Division, indicating rising standards and commitment towards quality education.
