JAMMU, MARCH 06: Jammu Development Authority today conducted a draw of lots for allotment of 50 plots measuring 20’ X 40’ here at Birpur Housing Colony, for the allottees whose plots came under the low lying area of Balol Nallah.
The Draw of lots was held in a fair manner, fully video graphed in presence of allottees as well as the officers of JDA i,e. Secretary, JDA, Reetika Arora; Financial Advisor & CAO, JDA, Vineet Singh Manhas; Chief Town Planner, JDA, Jagdish Raj Hans; Executive Engineer, JDA, Sushil Kumar; Assistant Architect, JDA, S. Ravinder Paul Singh and other officers.
The entire exercise was conducted under the close supervision of Vice Chairperson, JDA, Babila Rakwal, who directed Secretary JDA to issue the fresh possession letters in favour of allottees at the earliest. The VC advised allottees to start the construction on their allotted plots immediately.
