Mumbai, Dec 24 : 2025 witnessed a surge in high value Bollywood real estate transactions, with veteran actor Jeetendra Kapoor leading the pack through a massive ₹855-crore land deal in Mumbai. This landmark sale underscores the growing influence of celebrity investors in India’s luxury property market.
Jeetendra Kapoor and Family Lead the Year’s Real Estate Deals
Jeetendra Kapoor and his family sold a prime land parcel in Andheri, Mumbai, in May 2025 to NTT Global Data Centres for ₹855 crore. The property, sold via two family owned firms Pantheon Buildcon Pvt Ltd and Tusshar Infra Developers Pvt Ltd spans 9,664.68 sq m (2.39 acres) and includes Balaji IT Park with three buildings totaling approximately 4.9 lakh sq ft. The transaction marks the largest Bollywood property deal of 2025.
The Kapoor family also sold a 2,149 sq ft apartment in Worli’s Omkar 1973 project for ₹12.25 crore, offering two parking spaces.
