Kavinder felicitates talented Jammu artists for promoting Dogra Art & Culture

Jammu,06-08-2023: Senior BJP leader and former deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta commended the dedicated efforts of Jammu-based artists in preserving and promoting the rich heritage of Dogra art and culture through various creative platforms.
He made these remarks during the captivating musical event titled “Ek Shaam Jammu Ki Shan Ke Naam’ organized by Channel-1 and Powered by Silverlines at KC Regalia Jammu.
As the chief guest of the event, Kavinder Gupta highlighted the universal impact of music in transcending boundaries and fostering unity, urging collective endeavors to celebrate the distinct Dogra identity.
The event featured an array of performances including singing and comedy acts by talented artists.
During the programme, Kavinder Gupta along with Raghav Mahajan, Editor-In-Chief of Channel 1, felicitated noted singers, actors, and journalists of Jammu, presenting them with mementoes as tokens of appreciation.
Kavinder praised the tireless dedication of these artists in contributing to the preservation and celebration of Dogra heritage, encouraging them to continue their valuable efforts. He urged the community to collectively support and celebrate the richness of Dogra art and culture, ensuring its vibrant legacy endures for generations to come.
