Telangana Jagruthi Chief Kavitha Announces April 25 Launch of New Party Centered on State Issues

Hyderabad, March 28 – K Kavitha, president of Telangana Jagruthi and daughter of BRS leader K Chandrasekhar Rao, on Friday announced that she will formally launch her new political party on April 25. The party aims to address “Telangana centric” concerns and provide a fresh political alternative in the state.

Speaking to reporters in Nizamabad, Kavitha revealed that the party’s name and flag will be unveiled at 10 AM during an event at Muneerabad, on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Highlighting what she described as the neglect of citizens’ issues including those affecting farmers by major political parties, she emphasized the need for a new political force to work toward ‘Sarvodaya Telangana,’ or the progress and welfare of all sections of society.

Kavitha’s announcement marks a significant political development in Telangana, signaling the emergence of a regional party focused on local priorities and grassroots concerns.
