BENGALURU, Aug 25: Technology services company Kyndryl and Bridgepath have announced a partnership to help enterprises develop AI-native Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India, as businesses increasingly integrate artificial intelligence into their operations.
The companies said the initiative will focus on creating modern GCC environments where AI is embedded across technology operations, business processes and decision-making systems.
The partnership is aimed at organisations seeking to move beyond conventional offshore technology centres and establish capabilities built around emerging technologies. The model is expected to combine cloud infrastructure, data platforms, artificial intelligence and automation to support enterprise transformation.
According to the companies, the new approach will allow businesses to design GCCs with AI capabilities at the core rather than adding artificial intelligence to existing systems at a later stage.
India has emerged as a major destination for multinational companies establishing GCCs because of its large technology workforce and expanding digital ecosystem. Kyndryl and Bridgepath said their collaboration will address the growing demand for specialised technology infrastructure and skilled professionals capable of deploying AI-driven systems at enterprise scale.
