JAMMU, April 23: Kavinder Gupta, senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister today emphasized the pivotal importance of the final two days of campaigning in maximizing victory margins to secure a resounding victory in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls.
In this regard, Kavinder Gupta today chaired a meeting of five Mandals falling in District Jammu South including Trikuta Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Gaddigarh, Kunjwani and R S Pura. The meeting was attended by Sham Chowdhary-Ex minister, Rekha Mahajan District President, Baldev Balowria Ex Deputy Mayor, Vinay Gupta, Rajeev Charak, Ashok Khajuria, Pushpinder Singh, Narinder Koki, Akash Chopra, Ayodhya Gupta, Lucky Puri, Bharat Bhushan, Ranjit Singh and Vijay Sharma.
Manoranjan Mishra, Vice President of Madhya Pradesh, looking after the Booth arrangements in Jammu and Kashmir also addressed the election agents and booth-level workers in all the meetings.
Addressing the meeting, Kavinder said that BJP is the only party which is committed to serve the people, meet the challenges faced by Jammu and Kashmir, and make it a part of the country’s growth story. He urged the party cadre to strengthen BJP at booth level for ensuring party’s resounding victory in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls as strong booths are the guarantee to victory.
Kavinder asked the party leaders to reach out to prospective voters comprising women, youth and other segments to disseminate information about the party’s plan and policies so that doubts created by opposition should be warded off successfully. He said that it is important to bring the voter to the polling booth and efforts should be made by the party workers to meet this challenge through strong resolve and conviction. He said that ground-level workers are the real ambassadors of the party as their efforts can prove to be the game changer especially to get favourable results in elections.
The senior BJP leader further underscored the significance of every remaining moment in engaging with voters and rallying support for the BJP’s vision for a prosperous Jammu and a vibrant India.
“During these last two days, we have a unique opportunity to consolidate our efforts, energize our supporters, and reach out to every voter across Jammu. This phase of the campaign is crucial in amplifying our message of development, prosperity, and inclusive governance,” he said.
As the campaign enters its final stretch, Kavinder urged party workers and supporters to intensify their efforts, reaching out to every household, and ensuring maximum voter turnout on polling day.
“We must leave no room for complacency. Let us redouble our efforts, work tirelessly, and ensure that every voter understands the importance of their ballot in shaping the future of Jammu and our nation,” he added.
