MP Chief Minister Meets Amit Shah, Discusses State Development Initiatives

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister briefs Union Home Minister on welfare schemes, cooperation initiatives and key achievements in the state.

NEW DELHI, Aug 29: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Saturday met Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah and discussed a range of issues concerning the state’s development and welfare programmes, officials said.

According to the Home Minister’s Office, Yadav called on Shah during the meeting and held discussions on matters related to Madhya Pradesh.

The chief minister’s office said Yadav briefed Shah on the implementation and progress of several public welfare schemes being undertaken by the state government. The discussion also covered initiatives aimed at strengthening development and improving the delivery of government programmes.

Yadav also shared details of recent innovations and achievements in the cooperative sector, according to a post from his office on X.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review ongoing government efforts and highlight initiatives being undertaken across different sectors in Madhya Pradesh.

The interaction comes as the state continues to focus on expanding welfare measures, promoting development activities and strengthening cooperation based initiatives for economic and social progress.
