03-06-2023 : In an important meeting of National Sikh front at Nanak Nagar it was discussed that in the upcoming assembly, municipal and Panchayat Elections maximum Sikh candidates should win and strategy should be made for it.
While addressing the meeting chairman of National Sikh front S. Varinder Jeet Singh stressed on unity between the sikhs and strategy should be made from today on getting maximum Sikhs winning the elections.
He said that Sikhs have always worked for the welfare of the masses and Sikhs always say in Ardaas that ‘ Nanak Naam Chardi Kala Tere Bhane Sarbat Da Bhala’ . We have to go to people and give the message that Sikhs always work for humanity and people should vote for Sikhs because people will be benefitted and Sikhs do not do any discrimination against anyone on the basis of religion or caste. Our guru ji also said that ‘ Manas ki Jaat sabhe eke pehchaan’ which means that a human does not have a caste and a human is a human.
He said that we should select the candidates from today only who can win from their areas. For selecting the candidates a five member committee is formed at every district who will make the list of candidates at every District. NSF president S. Kulwant Singh Bhatti, Gen secretary S. Gurdyal Singh Bali, Chief organization sec S. Darshan Singh, vice president Gurjeet Singh Prince and secretary Gurcharan Singh Soodan were present.
President of the front S. Kulwant Singh Bhatti said that the candidates selection will begin from today. The committee will keep this in mind that the candidate should be honest and hard worker. Committee will look for non Sikh candidates in some places also.
