NEW DELHI, Sept 11: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the Round 2 seat allotment results for NEET UG 2026 counselling, allowing eligible candidates to check their allotted medical and dental seats.
The second round covers seats under the 15 per cent All India Quota as well as 100 per cent seats in deemed universities, central universities, AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER campuses.
The registration process for the round was conducted from September 3 to 8, while candidates were given time until September 9 to complete their choice-filling process. The allotment was processed on September 9 and 10, with the results made available on September 11.
Candidates who have been allotted seats are required to report to their respective institutions between September 12 and 18 to complete the admission formalities.
The counselling authority has also provided information on available vacancies, including newly added, clear and virtual vacancies across MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing programmes.
The undergraduate academic session is scheduled to begin from September 15, according to the counselling schedule.
Candidates have been advised to carefully check their allotment status and follow the reporting requirements within the prescribed deadline to secure their admission.
The Round 2 process is part of the centralised counselling exercise for candidates seeking admission to participating medical and dental institutions across the country.
