Bengaluru, Oct 10, 2025: In a bid to enhance the availability, accessibility, and affordability of credit for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bank of Baroda. The signing took place during the MSME Conclave held in Bengaluru under NSIC’s MSME Credit Facilitation Program.
The event was graced by Sushri Shobha Karandlaje, Hon’ble Minister of State for MSME, Government of India. The MoU was exchanged between Shri V. Raghunath, Deputy General Manager (Finance), NSIC, and Shri Dhrubashish Bhattacharya, General Manager (MSME & Co-Lending), Bank of Baroda, in the presence of Dr. S. S. Acharya, CMD, NSIC, Ateesh Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary, Ministry of MSME, and senior officials from KASSIA.
This strategic alliance is expected to provide MSMEs with easier access to financing solutions, supporting their growth and contributing to the overall development of the sector.
