NEW DELHI, Sep 29 : BJP leaders, including Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and state president Virendra Sachdeva, performed a ceremonial ‘havan’ on Monday at the newly constructed office of the party’s Delhi unit.
The state of the art Delhi BJP office, located on Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU) Marg, is scheduled to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi later in the evening.
“The party office serves as the backbone of a political organisation,” said a senior BJP leader. “The new building will strengthen coordination and boost the confidence of lakhs of party workers across Delhi.”
The inauguration is expected to be a high-profile event, reflecting the party’s commitment to modern infrastructure and enhanced operational efficiency in the national capital.
