PM Modi to Inaugurate 11th Raisina Dialogue 2026 in New Delhi

New Delhi, Mar 5: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will kick off the 11th edition of the Raisina Dialogue 2026 in New Delhi on Thursday, India’s premier conference on geopolitics and geo-economics. Scheduled from March 5-7, the three-day event will bring together global policymakers, strategic experts, and thought leaders to discuss pressing international challenges.

Global Participation and Chief Guest
The President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, will attend the inaugural session as the Chief Guest and deliver the keynote address. The dialogue will see participation from 110 countries, including ministers, former heads of state, parliamentarians, military officials, business leaders, academics, and journalists.

Theme and Focus Areas
The theme for this edition is “Samskara – Assertion, Accommodation, Advancement.” Discussions will revolve around six thematic pillars:

Contested Frontiers: Power, Polarity, and Periphery

Repairing the Commons: New Groups, New Guardians, New Avenues

White Whale: The Pursuit of Agenda 2030

The Eleventh Hour: Climate, Conflict, and the Cost of Delay

Technopolar World and Viksit Bharat 2047
This year’s dialogue will examine the emerging “technopolar” world, where global influence is increasingly shaped by control over AI, semiconductor supply chains, and digital infrastructure. Sessions will also focus on India’s long-term development goals, including the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision, aimed at making India a developed economy by the centenary of its independence.
