Mumbai, Jan 3: State owned Punjab National Bank (PNB) reported a 9.57% year on year increase in global business, reaching ₹28.92 lakh crore in the third quarter of the current fiscal, the bank said on Friday. The provisional figures for the period ended December 31, 2025 were shared with stock exchanges.
PNB’s domestic business stood at ₹27.65 lakh crore, up 9.09% compared to the same quarter last year. Global deposits rose 8.54% year-on-year to ₹16.6 lakh crore, while domestic deposits increased 8.32% to ₹15.97 lakh crore.
The bank’s global advances jumped 10.98% to ₹12.32 lakh crore, and domestic advances grew 10.15% to ₹11.68 lakh crore.
Shares of PNB closed at ₹125.4 on BSE, up 1.17% over the previous day’s closing price.
