JAMMU, Feb 17: On Friday, the Higher Education Department (HED) of Jammu and Kashmir suspended and attached Professor Tariq Ahmad Ashai, the Principal of Degree College Pattan, and Assistant Professor Imtiyaz Gul Khan from their positions under section 31 of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Rules, 1956.
