REASI, AUGUST 13: To celebrate and commemorate 75 years of Independence and glorious history of its people, Culture and Achievements, a function was organised at CHC Katra in collaboration with PRIs of Block Katra.
The function was chaired by DDC Panthal, Rajinder Mengi in presence of DDC Katra, Nirmala Devi; BDC Katra, Sham Lal; BDC Panthal, Chander Mohan Singh and attended by all the respected Sarpanches / Naib Sarpanches of Block Katra and Panthal.
The function started with flag hosting followed by the singing of the National Anthem.
Block Medical Officer Katra, Dr Gopal Dutt, presented the welcome address to the visiting dignitaries. He highlighted all the government schemes operational under comprehensive Primary Health Care in detail available at Block Level and also protocols of secondary and tertiary health care.
Dr Virender Singh, Consultant Paed, explained the Anaemia Mukt Bharat initiative of GOl, while Dr Mittu Dutta threw light on JSY/JSSK and Ayushman Bharat.
Later, the Block Medical Officer Katra thanked all the respected democratic heads of their respected institutions i.e. DDC’s BDCs and Sarpanches for their extraordinary Co-operation in achieving highest standards in health care services delivery.
As a mark of respect, all the PRIs were presented with a National Flag as a token of gratitude by the Block Medical Officer.
