Mumbai, Feb 16 : Hollywood and Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra shared a heartfelt backstage moment with veteran Congress MP Shashi Tharoor at the prestigious Harvard India Conference, more than ten years after their last meeting. The conference, held at Harvard University, brought together India’s top minds across business, culture, and politics.
Tharoor took to X (formerly Twitter) to post snapshots of the reunion, writing, “Caught up with @priyankachopra (after more than a decade) in the wings at @Harvard backstage, just before her appearance as the closing keynote of the @HarvardIndConf.” He praised Chopra, saying she “looks stunning, appears perfectly poised and sounds thoughtful and wise,” adding, “What’s not to be proud of?!”
Chopra responded warmly, expressing admiration and gratitude. “It was so good to see you again @ShashiTharoor Sir. Have always had such admiration for the orator that you are but as well for your clap backs. Thank you so much for staying for my panel and your wisdom. Hope you feel better soon and our paths cross again,” she tweeted.
During her keynote, Chopra reflected on her formative years in the United States, saying, “Your life is a sum of choices and experiences.
