Ranveer Singh Drops Fierce ‘Dhurandhar’ Poster Ahead of Trailer Launch

Makers unveil a powerful new look of Ranveer as the intense lead, as the film gears up for its trailer release on Tuesday.

Mumbai, Nov 18 : The makers of Ranveer Singh’s upcoming action drama Dhurandhar have released a striking new poster just hours before the film’s trailer arrives on Tuesday. The latest image offers a deeper glimpse into the world of the film, while showcasing Ranveer’s dramatic transformation for his role.

The poster features Ranveer in a rugged avatar, sporting long, unkempt hair and a thick beard. He is seen sprinting forward with a rifle in hand, his expression fierce and determined. Sharing the poster on social media, Ranveer captioned it with the phrase “The Wrath of God,” while reminding fans that the trailer will drop at 12:12 pm. Dhurandhar is set to hit theatres on December 5.

Originally, the trailer launch was scheduled for November 12, but the makers postponed the event. In an official statement, the production team said the decision was taken out of respect for the victims of the recent blasts in Delhi, and to remain sensitive to the health concerns surrounding veteran actor Dharmendra, who has been unwell.

In the run up to the trailer release, the team has been unveiling character posters of the ensemble cast, including Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal. The makers also dropped the film’s title track, composed by Shashwat Sachdev and Charanjit Ahuja. The song blends contemporary hip hop with Punjabi influences and cinematic beats, featuring vocals by Hanumankind, Jasmine Sandlas, Sudhir Yaduvanshi, Shashwat Sachdev, Muhammad Sadiq, and Ranjit Kaur. The lyrics have been penned by Hanumankind, Jasmine Sandlas, and Babu Singh Maan.

Dhurandhar is produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar, with Jio Studios backing the project.
