In pursuance we the aspirants got enrolled and subsequently were directed to produce an undertaking for the contents that we must not have been working in any government/semi-government or private organization.

It took almost three years by the then Gov1 to finalize our genuine demand vide cabinet decision no. 96 /06/2017 dat.. 16-06.2017 (Annexure-11) read with government order no. 155-FST of 2017 dated 20-06.2017 issued by the forest Administrative department under endorsement No. FST/NG/61/2007-12 dated 20- 06-2017. To engage all REJs on the structure and pattern of ‘Rehbar-e-Zirat policy’. Contrary to the `Rehbar-e-Ziratt, the Rehbar-e-Janglat policy was linked. with the lowest post 8, pay scale of 5200-20200 Grade pay-1900. whereas Rehbar-e-Zirat were regularized in the pay scale of 9300-34800 Grade pay-4200

It Is in place to mention time kindly de-link us with the lowest post whose pay scale is 5200-20200 grade pay — 1900 on the pattern of Rehbar-o-Zireat and Rehbar-e-Taleem In which REJ’s shall work against the honoranurn of RS 5000/ per month for a period of five years. After the completion of the said period the government in terms of the cabinet decision above mentioned regularized us on the suitable posts according to our suitable professional credentials.
